Classes & training

Lifelong learning, lasting practice

Three ways to go deeper — gentle self-care you can use at home, training toward your own practice, and a class for helping the animals you love.

The teaching

A practice you can carry

Jane has taught Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help around the world — in small studios, on radio, and on television. Her classes are intimate and clear, designed so you leave with flows that stay with you for life.

Beginners are always welcome. All you need is willingness and a comfortable chair.
